Arrhythmia(2019)

Karl, a university professor, suffers a cardiac arrhythmia which leads to the realization that his heartbeats mark a mysterious numerical code, the coordinates of a far place with a lighthouse by the sea. Karl embarks on a trip to Sicily to decipher the mystery and without knowing it, faces his past.
