While posing as Lampião, Virguley meets Mariá, a beautiful young seamstress who dreams of joining his gang in order to avenge her village.

Virguley and Mariá decide to start their own troupe of bandits… much to the Colonel’s irritation. Meanwhile, the real Lampião terrifies nearby towns.

After taking over the village’s small market with their new gang, Virguley and Mariá form a delivery service — and a chaotic one at that.

The Colonel uncovers the truth about Virguley and plots his revenge. Mariá hunts for Lampião's stash of gold.
