Boston rivals Chef Matt Jennings and Chef Kristen Kish settle an old grudge in a head-to-head match over a cured classic. Roy Choi and Antonia Lofaso judge as the winning chef faces Iron Chef Jose Garces, who comes out swinging over an Italian favorite.

New York chef Leah Cohen takes on rival Boston chef Marcellus Coleman, and the winner cases Iron Chef Stephanie Izard in Kitchen Stadium. The guest judges are Lesley Bargar Suter and Simon Majumdar.

The holidays hit Kitchen Stadium as Los Angeles chef Ted Hopson faces Detroit chef Kate Williams in a sweet showdown. The winning chef goes up against Iron Chef Alex Guarnaschelli in a classic holiday battle judged by Paul Bartolotta and Nancy Silverton.
